The room at Cherry Plum Cottages was amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - a fully self-contained kitchen, a separate living area, and a large undercover verandah with a barbecue. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and I loved the garden views from the private verandah. The flat-screen TV and the free toiletries were a nice touch too.
The only thing I didn't like as much was the shower over the bath in the bathroom. It's just my personal preference, but some people might still enjoy it.

It had everything we needed with a fully self-contained kitchen and separate living area. The large undercover verandah with a barbecue was an added bonus. We felt right at home!
Personally, I found the shower over the bath a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just my own preference.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend getaway! The cottage was cozy and comfortable, with charming decor and beautiful gardens. The beds were extremely comfortable and the full sized toiletries were a nice touch. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing retreat. We also loved the tasty breakfast provided, with fresh milk, butter, bread, and delicious muesli. Plus, the complimentary glass of port was a lovely treat!
The only negatives were the firmness of the bed, which didn't suit our preferences, and the lack of wifi. However, we were able to cope with these minor inconveniences and still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The interior of the cottage was simply delightful, with its charming decor and warm ambiance. The owners have put so much love into the decoration, creating a cozy haven that felt like a home away from home. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable furniture and accessible layout, which made it easy for me to navigate the cottage with ease. The beautiful gardens added to the overall tranquility of the surroundings, allowing me to enjoy the peacefulness and serenity during my stay.
While the cottage itself was perfect for a relaxing vacation, I would have loved to see a few more options for senior-friendly activities or amenities nearby. Perhaps a guided tour or some dedicated services catered to older guests would be a lovely addition.

We had the most wonderful stay at a charming cottage surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden. The cozy and inviting atmosphere provided a true "home away from home" experience. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short drive or easy walk to the town center. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing all the necessary amenities and even little thoughtful touches. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to interact with farm animals nearby.
The only small improvement we would suggest is the need for additional storage space, as the cottage can become a bit cluttered when storing clothes and personal belongings.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at this charming cottage on a peaceful farm. The surrounding nature was magical, with the soothing sound of rustling trees and beautiful bird songs. The cottage itself was set up with everything we needed, and the host had gone above and beyond with thoughtful extras like breakfast treats and port. The cleanliness of the cottage was impeccable, and everything felt new and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere.
The double bed was a bit small for my partner, his feet hung over the end and his head hit the bed head. the shower curtain was not to our liking.

This cosy cottage was a real gem! The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the abundance of natural light made it feel warm and inviting. The well-kept garden surrounding the cottage was absolutely stunning, with a charming verandah where we could relax and soak in the beauty. Every little detail was taken care of, from the quality amenities provided to the 'home away from home' atmosphere. It was just a short drive or easy walk from the town center, making it the perfect location. The innkeeper was friendly and informative, and gave us terrific advice for exploring the area. We even got to meet a friendly alpaca and a resident bunny in the backyard garden! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous cottage and would highly recommend it.

I wish I could have stayed longer at this idyllic little cottage surrounded by fruit trees. It had so much character and was very clean. The hosts left so many great little touches including a drink of port, biscuits, chocolates, and a selection of different teas and coffees. The beds were comfortable and the linen was well laundered. The spring garden was very pretty and it was relaxing to be surrounded by the green countryside. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Delightful cottage, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. Beautiful gardens and cozy atmosphere. Good heating. Homey and comfortable.
Oh, how exquisite! A tiny bed, uncomfortable and inadequate breakfast supplies.
